Wrong to Strong Foundation emphasizes the importance of mentorship programs, focusing on prevention, intervention, and reentry — working with youth, families, and incarcerated individuals before crises become permanent. Our work centers on youth prevention education, discipline, structure, and providing a consistent presence in areas where support is limited and consequences are high.
A SYSTEM, NOT JUST A SPEECH
USP MAX is the foundation of our work.
Before Wrong to Strong was a nonprofit, before speaking stages and partnerships, there was a single program built inside prison walls.
USP MAX is a step-by-step personal discipline and reentry blueprint created by JC Almanza during incarceration—tested in real facilities, real yards, and real recovery environments.
We don’t sell this program.
We give it away.
Provided to jails, prisons, rehab centers, and reentry programs, this resource is also available for families to download and follow alongside their loved ones. It is utilized in correctional facilities and community programs, including mentorship programs, and is designed to work with or without outside support.
USP MAX focuses on:
- Discipline & structure
- Personal accountability
- Mental strength & routine
- Identity rebuilding
- Preparing for life before release, not after failure
This program allows the impact to continue even when staff aren’t present, making it an essential part of youth prevention education.

Youth prevention education and mentorship programs are crucial for addressing issues like human trafficking awareness and recovery. We also provide essential support for domestic violence survivors and offer reentry programs focused on prison reentry and family reintegration. Additionally, we emphasize the importance of mental health, discipline, and structure in our initiatives.

USP MAX is the original program behind Wrong to Strong, designed as one of the impactful mentorship programs. Developed within prison facilities, it is now utilized in various environments including rehabs and homes. This initiative is offered freely, ensuring that discipline and structure remain accessible to all, without being locked behind financial barriers. It also plays a crucial role in reentry programs and youth prevention education, helping individuals transition successfully.
